１．IABS本部HP上にて、受付致します。

２．登録画面に入力後、参加費をクレジットカード決済して頂きます。
３．参加登録及びカード決済の確認後、確認メール（Registration details）が届きます。
（土日祝を除き、5日以内に確認メールが届かない場合はエラーの可能性がございますので、
IABS本部へお問い合わせ下さい。）
※決済頂いた参加費は、ご返金致しかねます事、ご了承下さい。

Confirmation of participation:
l Participation in the meeting is confirmed only upon payment .
Payment:
l Payment may be made by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
l Payment must be received no later than five (5) working days prior to the start date of the meeting.
l No shows forfeit all registration fees.
Privacy Policy:
l The organizers recognize, respect, and protect the personal privacy rights of all participants. It is the policy of the organizers to maintain participants' information in a confidential manner, and to provide reasonable levels of security and privacy regarding the collection and use of personal information. No method of transmission via the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however. While we do try to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Cancellation Policy:
l All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email. For email submissions, the sending email must match the registration email address.
l Cancellations must be received by 17 January 2020 at iabs@iabs.org to benefit from a 50% refund.
l After 17 January 2020, the full registration fee is applicable. However, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your organization / company.
l Please note that there is no refund for no-shows at the workshop.
l IABS reserves the right to cancel this conference at any time. In the event of conference cancellation, the full registration fee will be refunded.
